Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for processing and tracking project documents, including plans and plan changes, RFI's, change orders, insurance certificates and holding trades accountable for quality of these documents.
  • You will communicate with field staff, clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers, and be able to communicate between them while managing schedules.
  • You are honest, have integrity, and a positive attitude
  • You are the 'hub' of this operation with our name stamp and we really do expect the best and brightest.
  • As a Office Administrator, you will be organized, neat, detailed and able to wear many hats to ensure success of our field supervisors, whose goal is to provide the best construction experience possible for our clients.
